I'm new to this, what exactly does your business do?

We're your one-stop solution for Bitcoin mining. You simply purchase miners through us, and we host them at our partnered facilities in the UAE, or Finland. Our all-inclusive service covers everything: maintenance, security, electricity and more. We maximize your miners performance and allow you to enjoy daily passive income from mining rewards.

What are your rates to host my miners?

We offer hosting at $0.075 per kWh for 12 months in the UAE, $0.10 kWh for 12 months in Finland and $0.057 per kWh for 24 months in Ethiopia.

What are the duration of your contracts?

We provide fixed electricity-rate contracts for 12 months.

How long will it take to start mining?

This is dependent on the site that you choose. It will take between 2-6 weeks depending on the choosen site for your miners to be fully operational.

How will I get paid?

Once your miners are active, they will be directly linked to your mining pool account, and you will begin receiving your mining rewards paid in Bitcoin every 4 hours.

What mining pool should I use?

You have the flexibility to select any mining pool, but we highly recommend NiceHash for its automatic payouts in Bitcoin, every 4 hours, directly to your wallet address.

What are my ongoing expenses?

You will receive a monthly invoice for your electricity bill, which you can easily settle using various payment options.

How much do miners cost?

Our miner prices vary depending on several factors, including the cryptocurrency they mine, computing power (TH, GH), and more. You can view current prices on our hardware page.

Whats included in the price of the miner?

Our prices includes:

- VAT
- Insurance of the transported machine
- 6 month - 1-year warranty for all repairs (varies according to miner)
- 90% uptime guarantee in the UAE, (97% Average UAE)
- Inspection of received ASICS
- Slot reservation at our hosting facility
- Wiring for the machine
- Machine installation, wiring, configuration and connection to your mining pool account
- Shipping and customs to our Dubai, UAE Facility or Finland Facility

Do my miners come with a warranty?

Yes, every Bitcoin ASIC miner includes a 1-year warranty.

Altcoin miners are 6 months.

Are miners purchased through you new?

Yes. We only purchase brand new and factory-sealed Bitmain ASIC miners.

Who owns the ASIC miners that I purchase?

You have full ownership. 100%.

What happens if my hosted miner encounters an issue and requires repairs?

We've got you covered with our in-house certified repair technicians. If your machines are under warranty, there will be no charges for the repairs. However, in case they are not covered by the warranty, applicable charges will apply.

Can I sell my miners later?

Absolutely, if at any point you decide to part ways with your equipment, we're here to support you. Our team can assist in finding a suitable buyer and ensuring a seamless sale process.

Is there a minimum order quantity for miners?

We cater to miners of all scales and have a flexible approach with no minimum order quantity (MOQ). We recognize that many investors prefer to explore opportunities before committing to substantial investments.

Yes, we conduct business with clients globally, providing services and solutions to individuals and businesses worldwide. However, it's essential to note that due to our status as a free zone company and not a mainland company, we regretfully cannot serve customers residing in the United Arab Emirates.

Where are your hosting facilities located?

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of our clients' investments. To ensure their utmost protection, we maintain multiple partnered hosting facilities strategically located in the United Arab Emirates and Finland. However, as part of our strict privacy policy, we do not disclose the exact locations to the public. Once you become a valued hosting client, we are more than happy to provide you with the specific information about the location of your miners.

What is your refund policy?

Upon receipt of payment all sales are final and are non-refundable.
